According to official announcements, CIFF Guangzhou 2027 will take place in two phases in Pazhou, Guangzhou, on March 18–21 and March 28–31, 2027.
Beyond the on-site exhibition, CIFF Guangzhou’s standout “8+365” digital service ecosystem has attracted widespread media attention. What does this framework stand for? Simply put: it extends the traditional 8-day offline physical trade show into a year-round, 365-day online B2B sourcing and business-matching ecosystem.
A furniture trade fair can be likened to an annual procurement festival with heavy foot traffic. Even so, many buyers cannot attend in person due to scheduling conflicts or long-distance travel. The 8-day window is tight; buyers who miss the show risk losing access to high-quality suppliers. Follow-up communications, sample requests, quotation negotiations and factory audits often become drawn-out and fragmented, dragging down overall sourcing efficiency.
For this reason, CIFF has built a hybrid online-and-offline ecosystem — the “8+365” system — to break down geographical and time-related barriers.

CIFF Guangzhou 2027 runs in two separate phases each year, totalling 8 show days.
Positioning: The 8-day offline event is built for immersive product experiences, new-launch premieres, in-depth negotiations for bulk orders and on-site sample verification.
This refers to the year-round suite of digital tools and business services available after the show closes.
Positioning: Powered by robust digital infrastructure, the platform enables global buyers to source suppliers, request quotations, review samples and coordinate business partnerships anytime, before, during and after the physical exhibition. It also gives suppliers a permanent online showcase to capture additional overseas orders.

The “8+365” model is far more than a static online exhibitor directory. It uses digital tools and technology to deliver precise buyer-supplier matching and end-to-end sourcing support:
CIFF Click2Connect serves as the core gateway of the 365 digital ecosystem (click2connect.ciff-gz.com). Overseas buyers can publish detailed RFQs on the platform. Its algorithm and CIFF’s in-house trade team match enquiries with qualified manufacturers, both automatically and manually. Buyers do not need to wait for the trade show to open; they can request specification sheets, FOB pricing and MOQ information directly from furniture factories all year round.
Case study: Thomas Müller, procurement manager for a German boutique furniture retail chain, posted an RFQ for modular office furniture on Click2Connect three weeks before the show. He filtered office-commercial exhibitors, validated factory credentials and held pre-qualification video calls with five shortlisted suppliers while receiving technical documents and pricing in advance. Once on-site, he visited pre-selected booths and signed sample memorandums of understanding with two manufacturers within just two days.
Furniture suppliers — including manufacturers, brands and machinery vendors — may register and build dedicated profile pages. They can upload high-resolution product imagery and brand videos. These pages are indexed by Google and other search engines, allowing prospective buyers to locate their contact information organically.
The showroom is especially valuable for international buyers unable to travel to Guangzhou, or procurement directors revisiting options after the show. Users can zoom in on material details, examine product dimensions and pull up technical datasheets on demand.
Featured exhibitors on the 365 platform showcase automated production lines such as CNC equipment and AI-powered inspection systems, alongside ISO certifications and test reports for BIFMA, EN1335, GREENGUARD and other standards. For custom sample orders placed post-show, buyers can track sample production milestones and logistics updates through the platform.
Case study: Abdullah, a hospitality project buyer from the Middle East, needed minimalist office chairs that meet CAL 117 flame-resistance requirements. He filtered out thousands of non-compliant residential furniture suppliers on the platform and shortlisted five qualified furniture factories. With support from CIFF’s trade advisors, he visited three target booths and completed credential reviews on the opening morning.
To maximise efficiency ahead of the 8-day March 2027 physical show, furniture buyers can shortlist new releases from target exhibitors via Click2Connect and schedule private 1-on-1 booth meetings in advance.

1.Solves the pain point of short show windows and missed opportunities: Buyers often discover dozens of factories during the show. The platform lets them revisit and compare those suppliers anytime after the exhibition ends.
2.Reduces risk for small-batch cross-border trials: Paired with low-MOQ flexible production lines featured at CIFM/interzum guangzhou (Phase 2), buyers can place trial orders of 20–50 units through Click2Connect all year round.
3.Cuts cross-border sourcing costs: It reduces the need for overseas buyers to travel to China multiple times each year. The workflow combines online pre-screening and repeat ordering, while the 8-day offline event remains for finalising large contracts.
